Important Consumer Rights Notice

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, at no cost, by contacting the credit reporting agency directly.

You may obtain a free copy of your credit report once annually from each of the nationwide credit reporting agencies by visiting annualcreditreport.com, calling 1-877-322-8228, or completing an Annual Credit Report Request Form and mailing it to Annual Credit Report Request Service, P.O. Box 105281, Atlanta, GA 30348-5281.

You have a right to cancel this contract within three (3) business days from the date you signed it. See the attached "Notice of Cancellation" form for an explanation of this right.

Service Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and MyMutual.org ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our credit repair and related services.

By signing up for our services, accessing our website, or using our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Services Provided

Credit Repair Services

We provide credit repair services including but not limited to:

  • Analysis of your credit reports from all three major credit bureaus
  • Identification of potentially inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information
  • Preparation and submission of dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors
  • Follow-up on dispute responses and escalation when necessary
  • Credit coaching and educational resources
  • Progress tracking through our gamified dashboard

What We Do NOT Do

  • We do not provide legal advice
  • We do not guarantee specific credit score improvements
  • We do not hold escrow funds or forward payments to creditors
  • We do not provide loans or credit
  • We are not a credit repair organization as defined by federal law

Fees and Payment Terms

No Upfront Fees

In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), we do not charge any fees until services have been fully performed. You will not be charged until we have completed work on your behalf.

Service Fees

  • Free Plan: $0 - Access to educational resources and basic tools
  • Guided Service: $79/month - Professional credit repair with coaching
  • Victory-Fee Structure: $99 per successful deletion - Pay only for results

Michigan State Compliance

State Licensing

No state license is required for credit repair companies in Michigan. We operate in full compliance with Michigan Consumer Protection Act and all applicable state regulations.

Consumer Protections
